Kuami Eugene Reacts To His $700 Zara Shoes Video

Ghanaian highlife and afrobeat musician Eugene Kwame Marfo popularly known as Kuami Eugene has reacted to his viral $700 Zara shoe video.

According to the ‘Rock Star’, he was joking about the price of his shoe and is surprised people believed him.

Kuami Eugene added that he knew to find out about the actual price of the shoe wasn’t going to be difficult but he was just joking about the price.

The “Wish Me Well” hitmaker further stated that he was surprised about the way he was bashed and how the video went viral.

According to him, he posted several videos on his social media handles which didn’t trend like his Zara shoe incidence.

“I mean I know googling the price of the shoe is just a text away, but the fact that I’m playing and people actually think, we can use this to pin him down.

Even my video got some bloggers together because bloggers were commenting under each other’s post and everyone wanted to put their tag on it so that it looks like they caught me first in a lie”, Kuami Eugene indicated.

This comes after the Lynx Entertainment signee recently revealed that his Zara shoes cost $700.

He was heavily criticized after it was reported that the shoes actually cost less and also Ghanaian International singer, Stephanie Benson revealed that no Zara product costs more than $100.
